If you look at the photo U will pick up on the fact the diver is not using fins. Why, because he is a quadriplegic diver. He does have some use of his upper extremities but not full use like a paraplegic. Some time in the early 70's he was in a motor vehicle accident and it left him without the use of his legs and trunk. Now Gary is a unique man he recently decide to pick up SCUBA diving with the help of Kyle ( his instructor). Diving is not all that easy when you have control of your whole body. I've been in the water with people that have a far lower skill level when it comes to buoyancy control than this guy. So the next time you think you can't do something, think about Gary. He is alive and diving. Congratulation Gary on becoming a certified diver.
